WEBSITE USE
Website and tool terms
How to use the public resources, planning tools and inquiry channel.
Website and operator
Eluma Bio Limited, Hong Kong, operates elumabio.com. These terms describe use of this website, its public resources and its planning tools. Effective 15 October 2026. Questions: hello@elumabio.com.
Research information and limits
The website and resources provide general research information. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinical-risk scores or regulatory clearance. A publication or illustrative figure is not a guarantee of performance in a new study.
Planning tools and resource search
You may use the study brief and download your generated checklist for project planning. The checklist records your choices and open questions; it does not calculate sample size, determine assay suitability, assess clinical risk or quote a price. Review it for your specific study before relying on it. Resource search filters the resources already loaded in your browser. Tool entries and search queries are not sent to us or stored by these tools.
Inquiries and project agreements
An inquiry receipt confirms that an inquiry was saved; it is not project acceptance or a promise that a notification was delivered. Public service descriptions and proposal drafts are for discussion. Work starts only after the actual project scope, permissions, responsibilities and signed agreement are in place. Fees, payment, deliverables, acceptance and input/output rights belong in that agreement. These website terms do not change an existing signed project agreement.
Information you provide
Use the contact form only for general business and research planning. Do not submit participant information, raw measurements, confidential datasets or proprietary details. No attachments are accepted. Arrange a suitable channel and permissions before sharing restricted material or shipping specimens. The inquiry privacy notice explains processing, providers, retention and privacy requests.
Content and linked publications
You may link to public Eluma pages and use the planning checklists for your own project preparation. Reproducing other website material or using Eluma branding requires permission unless the law permits that use. Linked publications and third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. A reference does not grant data, software, patent or trademark rights, or establish a partnership.
Responsible use and availability
Do not impersonate another person, submit material you are not entitled to share, bypass private-area access controls or disrupt the site. If a tool is unavailable or a receipt is uncertain, keep your own copy and use the contact email. Content and tools may change; use the displayed review dates and the original sources.
Updates and contact
Changes to these website terms will be shown with an updated effective date. For website, permission or project questions, email hello@elumabio.com. Nothing on this page limits rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
