Two ways to work with us.

Discuss a study using samples you hold, or analysis of data you already have.

Q300 studies

From study design to report.

For research groups with clinical cohorts and sponsors of intervention studies.

  • Study plan. Question, groups, covariates and sample size.
  • Measurement. Targeted LC-MS/MS with absolute quantitation on Q300.
  • QC report. Precision for each metabolite, the drift correction used and every exclusion.
  • Data. Concentration tables with a data dictionary.
  • Analysis. Adjusted comparisons with multiple-testing control.
  • Report. Methods, results and limits, with methods text for your paper.
Data analysis

For data you already hold.

For groups that have already measured their samples.

  • Data audit. What the data can and cannot support, in writing.
  • Harmonisation. Identifiers, units and covariates aligned.
  • Analysis and report. The same standard as our own studies.
  • Restricted-data work. If data must stay with your institution, we first agree whether an approved local analysis route is feasible.

How it works.

01

Talk

A short call about the question and the samples or data.

02

Agree

Scope, outputs, timing, data terms and price, in writing.

03

Run

Measurement or audit, then quality control and analysis.

04

Report

Results, limits and a meeting to go through them.

Quoted per study or per dataset. Before work starts, we confirm the delivery team and laboratory, specimen suitability, capacity, timing and input/output permissions in the project agreement.

Optional study brief

A planning checklist that runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent or stored.

Your data stays yours.

We do not sell or rent individual-level data. Project data and outputs are handled within the agreed scope and permissions. Individual-level data from mainland participants stays in mainland China.

Research use only.

No diagnosis and no metabolic-age or risk scores. Quality-control conclusions apply within each study.

Tell us about your study.

A short description is enough to start.
